Michael Lohan was arrested last night in West Hollywood, after his girlfriend accused him of domestic violence. He was booked for inflicting corporal injury, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization. A lieutenant told People magazine, "Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 PM regarding a domestic dispute. He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of and has been cooperative." Does this family think they need to get arrested every time they're out of toothpaste? - People
