The guest list for Universal’s comedic sequel American Reunion continues to round out with returning cast members and new faces filling out supporting roles.
Dania Ramirez is the latest actress added to the mix. Variety reports that the Entourage and Heroes beauty will play the love interest of Eddie Kaye Thomas’s sophisticated lothario, Finch. Specifically, Ramirez’s character, Trisha, was ugly when the gang was in high school but has matured into a stunning beauty.
But wait, does this mean that Finch’s crush on Stifler’s mom (memorably played by the amusing Jennifer Coolidge) is a thing of the past? Or will Coolidge slide in from the sidelines and turn this into an inappropriate love triangle? Only Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg know for sure. They are are writing and directing the Pie, which also has attracted original ensemble members Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Chris Klein, Eugene Levy, Tara Reid, Mena Suvari and Shannon Elizabeth. The Reunion is expected to take place in 2012.
